We have a Yugoslavian Zastava military M57 Tokarev pistol in original 7.62x25 in excellent condition with 2 mags, leather holster, and metal cleaning tool. Serial Number I-114758. 90% blue, good bore, 4.5” barrel, and excellent grips. Note “SFRJ” for Socijalistička Federativna Republika Jugoslavija (Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) printing around the star on the plastic ribbed grips. The top of the slide is stamped with the Yugoslavian crest which has six points on the torch. Visible numbers matching on the frame, slide, and barrel. The Zastava M57 pistol was a standard sidearm of the Yugoslav Army. It is a single-action pistol chambered for the fast and powerful 7.62×25mm Tokarev cartridge. Adopted in 1957, the M57 was a license-produced copy of the Soviet Tokarev TT pistol, although the M57 had a longer grip to accommodate a larger magazine (holding 9 rounds, versus 8 rounds in the TT).
